About the Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering small to mid-scale construction projects across assigned regions, applying H&M’s Project Management Methodology throughout the entire project lifecycle. Acting as the single point of contact, the role ensures compliance with safety and quality protocols while coordinating internal teams, third‑party resources and client representatives. The manager also mentors staff, oversees project accounting and may develop proposals and assign work. • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance for transmission and substation projects. • Serve as executive-level liaison, using negotiation and conflict‑resolution to align stakeholder interests and keep projects on schedule. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks for self-performed and subcontracted work, developing strategic contingency plans. • Perform data analysis, forecasting and trend evaluation to turn findings into actionable project strategies. • Drive continuous improvement by advancing project‑management tools, systems and best‑practice processes. • Implement scalable infrastructure, tools and workflows to support resource planning and lifecycle governance. • Mentor and provide technical leadership to project teams, field personnel and subcontractors, overseeing staffing and performance. • Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, feedback and professional development. • Oversee staffing, onboarding, training and work allocation to align team roles with project deliverables.

What You Bring
• 8+ years managing mid-scale utility construction projects in a PM II or Senior PM role. • BS or MS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP certification and H&M PMO training preferred. • Proficiency with Critical Path Scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong complex problem‑solving, analytical and risk‑management skills.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
