About the Role
• Develop an Operational Concept Document (OCD) aligned with business requirements. • Translate business needs into Functional and Performance Specifications. • Facilitate workshops and requirements‑elicitation sessions, documenting outcomes. • Engage and facilitate stakeholders effectively. • Negotiate and manage competing priorities. • Produce clear, traceable requirements documentation. • Operate within Defence’s protected technology environment.

What You Bring
