About the Role

In this role you will lead the technical transport planning input on development projects, manage project budgets and resources, and mentor early‑career professionals, while also contributing to business development and multidisciplinary scheme delivery. • Lead technical transport planning for development projects, including assessments, travel plans, access and parking strategies. • Manage small‑to‑medium project budgets, resources and invoicing, supporting larger multidisciplinary schemes. • Mentor Early Career Professionals and share technical expertise across the team. • Produce traffic flow data and operate junction capacity modelling tools (Junctions 10, Linsig) with scenario testing. • Develop transport strategies, business cases and expert witness evidence for private and public sector clients. • Facilitate client and stakeholder discussions, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills. • Utilise day‑to‑day software such as Excel and Word and maintain a professional network of co‑professionals and clients.
