About the Role
The Project Technical Administrator role supports the Faro Mine Remediation Project (FMRP) and blends office and field responsibilities. This rotational position involves one week on‑site followed by three weeks off‑site, offering a balance of field exposure and office work. In this role you will prepare tender documents, manage contract administration, and build workflow solutions using SharePoint and Smartsheets. You will support drafting proposals, processing invoices, and coordinating QA/QC activities across construction, operations, and environmental teams. Participation in multidisciplinary meetings, document reviews, and performance reporting will be key to ensuring project success. • Prepare tender documents and issue clarifications or addenda. • Build and integrate workflow solutions in SharePoint, Smartsheets, and other applications. • Draft contract documents, proposals, and other project deliverables. • Manage and process invoices and support QA/QC for construction, operations, and environmental teams. • Track contract modifications, amendments, and de‑scoped items. • Participate in project meetings, draft minutes, and coordinate with EHS, operations, cost control, and document control functions. • Facilitate contract closure, performance metric reporting, and acquisition of deliverables such as operation manuals and warranty documentation. • Conduct document reviews, synthesize feedback, and edit/format documents. • Maintain and update tracking tools, analyze data, and develop summary reports. • Monitor compliance with contract deliverables and assist with technical report preparation. • Provide project data management support across varied projects. • Provide Defined Contribution Pension Plan, TFSA, and RRSP options.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline and have at least five years of relevant experience. Effective verbal and written communication, the ability to lift up to 20 kg, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite—including SharePoint—are required. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • Possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to lift up to 20 kg and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
