About the Role
The role involves loading and unloading trucks or containers and moving material within the warehouse or storage facility. You will use hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material‑handling equipment, applying basic skills and developing advanced techniques as needed. Routine questions are resolved at this level, with more complex issues escalated to higher levels. Key tasks include picking, packing, and shipping parts according to SAP shipping procedures, using an RF scanner, and receiving materials into assigned storage bins. You must load and unload materials safely to ensure timely deliveries and support peer training and development as well as other projects assigned by the supervisor. • Load and unload trucks or containers, moving material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or conveyors. • Pick, pack, and ship parts following SAP shipping procedures and work instructions. • Operate RF scanner and WMS applications to receive and store materials in assigned bins. • Support peer training and development, and assist with additional projects as assigned. • Comply with all safety rules, attend training, report accidents immediately, and act as a safety coach. • Obtain lock‑out tags after 6 months and complete hazardous and non‑hazardous waste training.

What You Bring
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent, and have a minimum of two years’ experience in warehousing and power industrial vehicle operation. Proficiency in WMS applications, basic reading, writing, and math, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are required. The position demands long periods of standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lb, and flexibility for overtime and weekend work. Safety is a core obligation: you must comply with all environmental, health, and safety rules, attend required trainings, report accidents immediately, and act as a coach to colleagues who work unsafely. After six months you will be required to have lock‑out tags and complete hazardous and non‑hazardous waste training, including chemical label recognition and spill management. • Minimum 18 years old, high‑school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years warehousing/industrial vehicle experience. • Proficient in power industrial vehicle operation, WMS, and basic reading, writing, and math skills. • Able to lift up to 40 lb, stand and bend for long periods, and maintain a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
