About the Role
The Supply Chain Analyst is a key member of our high‑performing New Product Development (NPD) teams, reporting to Program Management and leading all supply chain activities for new product launches. This role collaborates across functions, communicates part status, and supports NPD business cases to maximize service, minimize cost, and drive continuous improvement. • Manage parts from award through launch, ensuring >95% on‑time, on‑budget delivery. • Meet NPD team goals for launch date, start‑up costs, margin, delivery, quality, and volume. • Achieve supply chain metrics such as on‑time delivery, PPAP submissions, and cost targets. • Control costs by maintaining quoted prices, adhering to MOQ policies, and reducing excess and air freight. • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce cost or cycle time. • Set up and maintain material data accurately and promptly. • Actively manage purchase orders to mitigate risk and support service levels. • Issue tooling, PPAP, and direct material purchase orders with timely updates on price, quantity, and cost. • Manage supplier commitments for delivery dates, pricing, quality, and minimum order quantities. • Collaborate to solve problems as plans change and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. • Attend off‑hour calls with overseas vendors as needed.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 5+ years supply chain or NPD experience. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Proven ability to handle multiple parts, projects, and tasks while meeting deadlines. • Quickly learn multiple systems and adapt to change, delivering results. • Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. • Willingness to travel occasionally, including overseas trips.
