About the Role

The position focuses on multi‑billion‑dollar data‑centre programmes for leading developers and end‑user clients, offering site‑based roles within multidisciplinary teams that handle commercial support such as monthly pay applications, change‑order reviews, financial reporting and on‑site decision making. Assignments span diverse climates, from mountain regions to vibrant college towns, providing a unique blend of pace, scale and lifestyle. The project leader will guide and coordinate all parties to meet project objectives and KPIs, delivering agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints while managing risk, change and internal fee expectations. Responsibilities include arranging project management and technical services, collaborating with clients, design teams and contractors, procuring and managing design consultants, producing integrated programmes, overseeing budgets and schedules, ensuring quality systems, documenting meetings, and coordinating handover documentation. • Lead project delivery ensuring time, cost, quality, and KPI compliance. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external consultants for successful outcomes. • Manage commercial aspects: monthly pay applications, change orders, financial reporting, and risk mitigation. • Oversee design, procurement, and construction phases, integrating schedules and deliverables. • Implement safety‑first practices using Mace’s HSW framework and conduct safety moments. • Maintain quality systems, track project changes, and ensure proper documentation and handover. • Provide subject‑matter expertise and leverage Mace’s knowledge hubs to drive best practices.

What You Bring

This secured role is set to commence in August, subject to approval, and candidates are invited to apply now. Candidates must have substantial experience in project management on medium‑sized or complex projects, preferably with construction delivery experience, and hold a professional membership such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or MICE (or local equivalent) along with a CSCS (or equivalent) card. A tertiary qualification in project or construction management or comparable professional experience is required. • Require substantial project management experience on medium to complex projects, preferably with construction delivery. • Hold relevant professional membership (MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE) and CSCS (or equivalent) certification. • Possess tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in project or construction management.
