About the Role
The position encompasses the full range of journeyman or master‑journeyman duties across plumbing, piping, sheet metal, electrical, ironworking, and welding in construction, finishing, and repair work. Safety, quality, and adherence to building codes are integral to every task, ensuring projects stay on schedule and perform reliably in the field. • Perform trade‑specific tasks on construction sites, including plumbing, piping, sheet metal, electrical, ironworking, and welding. • Oversee crew productivity and ensure schedules and deadlines are met. • Conduct layout activities and material takeoffs as needed. • Execute planned maintenance tasks and equipment start‑up with proper documentation. • Perform quality control inspections and technical troubleshooting when required.

Candidates must hold a Journeyman or Master License and preferably a high school diploma or GED, complemented by strong physical stamina and dexterity. The role demands the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work safely in dusty, noisy, or confined environments while maintaining clean, organized work areas. Effective verbal and written communication, technical problem‑solving aptitude, and expert knowledge of trade tools and materials are essential. • Hold a Journeyman or Master License; high school diploma or GED preferred. • Demonstrate good physical condition, ability to stand for extended periods, and lift/move 50 lb. • Understand building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
