About the Role

The QA Analyst will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of dashboards and analytical outputs within the real‑estate domain, working closely with Business Intelligence analysts and Data Engineers. This role safeguards that Cushman & Wakefield’s dashboards and insights are trusted, well‑governed, and ready for decision‑making across the business. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting them in DevOps, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications with the Data Science & Engineering and BI teams. The analyst will manage the DevOps backlog, support the Technical Project Manager in planning and execution, conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops, map business processes, assess risks and dependencies, and develop business cases and success metrics. Regular reporting to senior leadership and the creation of training materials and documentation are also part of the role, alongside contributing to process improvements and best practices. • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability of dashboards and analytical outputs. • Quality‑assure dashboards, semantic models, calculations, and underlying data. • Gather and analyse business requirements and document them in DevOps. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications with Data Science & Engineering and BI teams. • Manage the DevOps backlog and support project planning, tracking, and execution. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process mapping. • Perform risk assessment, dependency tracking, and resource planning. • Develop business cases, impact assessments, and success metrics. • Provide regular updates to senior leadership (Head of Innovation, Analytics, Operations). • Create training materials and documentation to drive adoption. • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in business analysis and project execution. • Test dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical calculations.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least three years of experience in QA, analytics, data quality, or reporting‑focused roles, with a strong track record of testing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical calculations. Advanced SQL skills for data validation, proficiency with Power BI or similar tools, and familiarity with Azure Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Azure DevOps are required. The role also demands excellent analytical ability, high attention to detail, clear English communication, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data, Analytics, Computer Science, or Business. • 3+ years experience in QA, analytics, data quality, or reporting‑focused roles. • Advanced SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation. • Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools. • Familiarity with Azure Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks environments. • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar defect and test tracking tools. • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and clear English communication. • Bachelor’s degree in Data, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
