About the Role
The role supports skilled craft workers by assisting with assigned duties and performing tasks in other crafts as appropriate to training and skill level. The employee must follow direction from higher‑skilled workers or foremen. • Apply basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in daily tasks. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transport, storage, and time. • Seek supervisor guidance when unsure about work or safety practices. • Learn and adhere to all safety hazards related to the job. • Safely operate work‑related tools and equipment. • Identify improvement opportunities and learn from others. • Maintain positive relationships with crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure necessary materials, tools, equipment, and information are available. • Move in confined, cluttered, uneven areas; climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, scaffolds. • Frequently grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects; occasionally lift/push/pull up to 50 lb. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions; comply with all safety standards.

What You Bring
• Hold NCCER Core Curriculum certification or a high school diploma/equivalent. • Have 1‑3+ years experience in industrial/commercial construction (Level I‑III). • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required PPE (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, etc.). • Reach above shoulder height and below waist frequently; stoop, kneel, bend occasionally. • Use telephone, computer, email on limited basis for communication.
