About the Role
Property managers operate independently across multiple sites, interacting with customers to assess storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. They perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. What You Bring
The position requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to half of the workday outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers must be comfortable walking around facilities and performing basic maintenance duties. Candidates should have a background in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations.
