About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. Their core duties involve assessing customer storage needs, recommending solutions and selling packing supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customers’ storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment reminders/collection calls. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and walk up to 50 % of the shift outdoors, including stairs and large doors.

What You Bring
