About the Role
The role covers a wide range of activities, including travel coordination, presentation preparation, onboarding support, scheduling, expense reporting, meeting logistics, and monthly reporting. By streamlining processes and maintaining clear communication across Sales Operations, IT, HR, and other business units, the specialist helps ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. • Manage travel arrangements while adhering to compliance policies. • Create and finalize regional presentations using gathered data and templates. • Coordinate onboarding for new sales team members, ensuring access, equipment, and meetings are ready. • Act as primary point of contact for regional sales teams and facilitate internal partner connections. • Maintain senior leaders' schedules, book meetings, resolve conflicts, and communicate priorities. • Prepare and submit expense reports via Concur in accordance with company policies. • Organize internal and external meetings, handling logistics and follow‑up actions. • Support monthly reporting by compiling snapshots, key opportunities, and market updates. • Ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations and guidelines. • Handle confidential employee and organizational strategy information securely. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to support several sales leaders. • Learn and utilize additional software tools as needed. • Prioritize tasks with urgency, maintaining motivation and organization. • Work in the Mountain Time Zone to support West and Central time zones.

What You Bring
Candidates must have appropriate US work authorization and a combination of education and experience such as a bachelor’s degree with two years, an associate degree with four years, or six+ years of administrative support. They should be able to work in the Mountain Time Zone, handle confidential information, communicate professionally across functions, and manage multiple projects for sales leadership. The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel formulas and pivot tables, and the ability to quickly learn additional software tools.
