About the Role

You will act as the first point of contact, record all request details accurately and coordinate service requests with the supply chain, chasing work‑order progress. You will resolve queries and complaints through a first‑call‑resolution approach, create thorough data records, and aim to exceed customer expectations while maintaining high service standards. Additionally, you will take ownership of your performance, seek improvement opportunities, stay informed on team updates and adhere to KBR’s Zero Harm safety policy. • Serve as the initial contact, collect and log detailed customer requests. • Coordinate service requests with the supply chain and monitor work‑order progress. • Resolve queries and complaints using a first‑call‑resolution strategy. • Maintain accurate data records to support timely request fulfillment. • Exceed customer expectations by delivering solutions quickly and professionally. • Stay current with team updates and changes to procedures. • Comply with KBR’s Zero Harm policy for a safe working environment.

What You Bring

The busy contact centre is looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk Operator on a 4‑on‑4‑off roster, with rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts. Working under close supervision, you will answer calls promptly, follow guidelines and use basic knowledge of company policies to meet client needs. Essential qualifications include GCSE (or equivalent) passes in Maths and English and eligibility for security clearance. These basic educational requirements ensure you can perform the role effectively within a secure environment.
