About the Role

The role supports a utilities provider in the South‑East, whose purpose is to deliver environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible services that create long‑term value. As a Quality Manager you will work within capital delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver multiple water and water‑recycling projects under the AMP8 programme while ensuring project governance, risk, cost and change control are adhered to. You will also lead the implementation and delivery of a broad range of risk services, providing line‑management guidance across the PMO, planning centre of excellence and wider Mace business, including international hubs as needed. • Manage performance across assigned commissions • Develop and implement robust risk frameworks and strategies • Act as trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders • Deliver quantitative risk analysis for cost and schedule • Advise on contingency adequacy during reporting cycles • Ensure compliance with Mace standards and relevant legislation • Mentor and manage junior risk professionals • Drive innovation and best practice for service excellence
