Coordinate travel, accommodation, and admin support for New Energy projects.

About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for mobilisation and ongoing travel and accommodation requirements for employees on New Energy projects, handling bookings for flights, accommodation and hire cars using approved systems such as Concur and preferred suppliers while ensuring compliance with UGL policy. You will review and approve travel‑related invoices promptly, provide travel advice, liaise with recruitment for onboarding, assist with mobilisation procedures and site admin support, deliver general admin support, manage rosters, and prepare reports as required, as well as undertake any additional project‑related tasks directed by the project team or line manager. • Book flights, accommodation, and hire cars using Concur and preferred suppliers, ensuring policy compliance. • Review and approve travel invoices promptly, seeking cost‑effective alternatives when needed. • Provide travel advice, coordinate onboarding with recruitment, and support mobilisation and site administration. • Deliver general admin support, manage rosters, perform data entry, and prepare required reports. • Perform additional project‑related tasks as directed by the project team or line manager.
