About the Role
The Marketing Manager, Pursuits drives pursuit‑related activities such as statement‑of‑qualifications development, teaming requests, and proposal support. Leveraging strong organizational, project‑management, and communication skills, the role ensures high‑quality materials that generate new business in a fast‑paced environment. Positions are open in Los Angeles, Aliso Viejo, San Diego, Seattle, and Portland. • Participate in pipeline meetings and develop capture plans for major pursuits. • Conduct client research as needed. • Collaborate with senior marketing, operations, technical, and business development teams to create and submit proposals on time. • Produce customized collateral and statements of qualifications throughout the sales process. • Prepare client presentation materials, including slide decks, rehearsals, graphics, and leave‑behind documents. • Maintain up‑to‑date information for the marketing team and input data into company databases, generating reports.
