About the Role
The Technology Solutions Lead at Cushman & Wakefield drives success for large broker‑led accounts and multi‑market portfolio pursuits across the Americas and globally. This role aligns client technology needs with the firm’s digital capabilities, delivering compelling pursuit strategies and scalable, innovative solutions that differentiate the service offering. Key responsibilities include leading technology strategy for large‑scale pursuits, partnering with brokers and subject‑matter experts to create digital narratives, and developing pricing models and solution roadmaps. The lead also delivers demos of CREM tools, assesses emerging technologies such as AI and automation, and standardizes pursuit support processes to improve win rates. • Lead technology strategy for large‑scale pursuits, including RFP responses, solutioning, and client presentations. • Partner with brokers, pursuit teams, Multi‑Market Leads, and SMEs to craft compelling digital narratives. • Develop pricing models, proformas, and technology solution roadmaps tailored to client needs. • Deliver demos of CREM tools (lease admin, transaction management, data visualization, GIS) and create microsites, dashboards, and digital playbooks. • Assess emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics for client outcomes. • Evaluate client tech environments and advise on digital transformation and data strategies. • Collaborate with product and platform teams to align client needs with C&W’s technology stack. • Standardize pursuit support processes and build reusable content, case studies, and templates. • Track pursuit outcomes, gather client feedback, and refine solution strategies to improve win rates. • Coach and train brokers and client‑facing teams on C&W’s technology value proposition. • Act as liaison between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams for seamless handoffs.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates bring five or more years of experience in technology solutioning, sales support, or client advisory within commercial real estate or enterprise technology, along with a strong understanding of CRE technologies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred. • 5+ years experience in technology solutioning, sales support, or client advisory within commercial real estate or enterprise technology. • Proven success supporting large, complex pursuits and multi‑market portfolios. • Strong understanding of CRE technologies and emerging tech trends. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred.
