About the Role
The role is responsible for directing the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post‑maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week. During the execution week, the incumbent ensures compliance with the on‑line risk profile, technical specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) procedures, while coordinating across departments and project managers to resolve conflicts that affect safety and performance. The position also ensures that fleet and CEC goals are met during the execution week. Key duties include leading schedule development and execution for the assigned work week, providing direction to planners, schedulers, and project managers, and managing emergent work priorities. The role evaluates performance data, produces weekly analysis reports for corrective actions, assists with forced outage coordination, and mentors members of the work‑management organization. Additional responsibilities involve emergency response, departmental coverage, and support for outage activities as needed. • Develop and coordinate detailed weekly maintenance, surveillance, and modification schedules ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. • Direct execution of the work‑week schedule, resolving cross‑departmental conflicts and maintaining on‑line risk profiles. • Provide guidance to planners, schedulers, and project managers to create accurate and effective schedules. • Manage priority emergent work and assist with forced outage coordination. • Analyze scheduling performance data, generate weekly performance reports, and recommend corrective actions at P.A.R. meetings. • Coach, mentor, and develop members of the work‑management team. • Respond to emergencies, cover departmental duties, and support outage activities outside the department.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED with at least six years of related experience, and must meet access and medical requirements.
