About the Role

The Lifestyle Assistant works closely with the Lifestyle Director to develop engaging programs that promote socialization, wellness, education, and meaningful connections for residents and families, and assists in delivering a full‑time social and activity program. The role includes preparing the monthly lifestyle calendar, facilitating resident council meetings, coordinating community groups and volunteers, scheduling transportation, assessing residents’ preferences, and handling other duties as assigned. • Assist the Lifestyle Director in conducting and coordinating scheduled activities seven days a week for all residents • Prepare and distribute the monthly Lifestyle calendar to residents • Facilitate and support monthly resident council meetings and other resident meetings • Contact community groups and volunteers to support Lifestyle programs • Schedule transportation for residents • Drive property vehicles as needed • Assess residents’ social and lifestyle activity preferences
