About the Role
Lead and manage human resource strategies to support the region’s strategic and operating plans. Drive corporate and divisional initiatives while identifying opportunities for improved connectivity between plants and the sales organization. Develop strategies to maintain positive employee relations at all locations within the assigned region and provide guidance to HR and business leaders on complex matters. Leverage employee engagement surveys and other assessment tools to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with state employment regulations and champion environmental health and safety issues. • Lead and manage HR strategies aligned with regional plans. • Drive corporate and divisional initiatives and improve plant‑sales connectivity. • Develop and sustain positive employee relations across assigned locations. • Advise HR and business leaders on complex HR and business issues. • Utilize employee engagement surveys to identify trends and drive improvement. • Ensure compliance with state employment laws and champion EHS standards.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for studies in Human Resources or Business Administration, and a master’s degree is advantageous. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of progressive human‑resources experience, including at least two years leading as an HR business partner. Experience leading HR efforts for a distributed workforce in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills are essential, especially for a distributed workforce. Applicants should be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals, and possess a solid understanding of local regulations and standards. Preference will be given to candidates residing in CA, CO, IL, NC, PA, or TX. • Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience; at least 2 years as HR business partner. • Bachelor’s degree required; HR or Business Administration preferred; master’s a plus. • Experience managing HR for a distributed workforce in a manufacturing setting. • Strong facilitation and coaching abilities; adept at writing reports and manuals. • Preference for candidates residing in CA, CO, IL, NC, PA, or TX.
