About the Role
In this role you will drive account growth by building, maintaining and managing strategic client relationships across AECOM’s service spectrum and geographies. You will develop and execute account plans that align with business strategies and uncover new opportunities for integrated service delivery. You will lead and coordinate diverse, regional teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet revenue targets, acting as the primary interface to ensure clear communication and consistent value delivery. • Drive account growth by building and managing strategic client relationships across regions. • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business strategies to uncover new service opportunities. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet revenue targets. • Serve as the primary interface between AECOM and clients, ensuring clear communication and value delivery. • Build and maintain multi‑level client relationships through consultative selling. • Apply commercial acumen in pricing, contract negotiations and profitable growth. • Conduct environmental contaminated‑land assessment and remediation projects. • Foster an inclusive workplace that welcomes diverse backgrounds and provides accommodations as needed.

What You Bring
The qualities that help you thrive include experience in an oil‑and‑gas client account manager role, proven ability to build multi‑level client relationships and influence key decision makers, strong business‑development and consultative‑selling skills, and the capacity to lead through ambiguity while collaborating across diverse teams. Commercial acumen in pricing, contract negotiations and profitable growth, as well as experience in environmental contaminated‑land assessment and remediation, are also highly desired.
