About the Role

• Evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications to construction documents independently. • Perform architectural assignments with minimal direction from the Project Architect or Project Manager. • Coordinate subconsultant work to ensure alignment with project requirements and architectural design. • Work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures when needed. • Write specifications covering architectural matters and conduct code reviews. • Assist Project Architects and other coordinators/technicians across all phases of the architectural process.

What You Bring

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a Revit skills assessment to demonstrate their proficiency with Revit software and related design tasks. Accommodations will be made available upon request. • Master's degree in Architecture. • Experience with data centers or mission‑critical facilities. • Interest or experience in sustainable design/LEED (optional). • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience with SketchUp and Enscape (a plus). • Willingness to travel semi‑regularly to project sites. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. • Minimum 5 years of professional or internship experience preparing details, specifications, and construction documents. • Eligibility for future architectural registration. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
