About the Role
• Provide own welding hood and sheet‑metal tools (hammer, snips, cheaters, hand tongs, tape measure, basic hand tools) • Weld galvanized, aluminum, black iron, 304 and 316 stainless steel using TIG and MIG procedures • Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork • Install assemblies such as pipes, HVAC ductwork, and exhaust stacks • Maximize efficiency while fabricating and installing HVAC systems • Verify correct sheet‑metal type and gauge per project specifications • Prioritize safety during all welding, tool use, and installation activities

What You Bring
Successful candidates will fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork systems, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety and efficiency on the job. They must bring their own welding hood and basic hand tools, while the company supplies special PPE, welding gloves, and vests as required. • Minimum 5 years experience welding and installing sheet‑metal ductwork • High school diploma or GED required • Pass drug screen, background check, and physical examination • Basic math skills • Trim, buff, smooth, file, and grind metal surfaces and joints for safety and appearance
