About the Role
The Electrical Engineer will represent the firm in client, contractor, architect, and project‑team interactions, design large projects, prepare reports and specifications, and provide high‑level technical leadership. • Provide consulting services, including due diligence, gap analysis, and feasibility reports. • Develop sustainable mechanical concepts and detailed drawings. • Oversee production of drawings to meet client standards. • Coordinate with design team, owners, and contractors. • Establish design standards, specifications, and project criteria. • Prepare proposals and manage project contracts, including Add Service Agreements. • Conduct business development activities and deliver presentations. • Establish project budgets and schedules. • Participate in QA/QC review of staff work. • Manage staff resources and perform performance reviews.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a current PE registration, have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and possess 18 months to 7+ years of consulting experience, with additional qualifications such as LEED AP accreditation and AutoCAD/Revit proficiency. • Hold a current PE registration (Mechanical Engineer) or be PE preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. • 18 months to 7+ years of consulting experience, preferably in healthcare projects. • LEED AP accreditation (highly preferred). • Strong ability to coordinate electrical systems with architectural, structural, and telecom disciplines. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. • EIT certification required; PE preferred.
