We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Jacksonville, FL team, focusing on healthcare projects. The role involves contributing to the design of major inpatient and outpatient facilities across all project phases worldwide, working from our Los Angeles or San Diego offices, and collaborating with a national team of over 100 engineers. In this senior role you will represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members while creating designs under senior guidance, developing specifications, system narratives, and layout documents for projects of varying size. • Represent the firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Create basic designs under the direction of senior engineers or designers and develop specifications, system narratives, and layouts. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Supervise preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions. • Maintain interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and consultants. • Monitor correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, owners, and other stakeholders. • Supervise construction administrative duties such as field reports, RFI responses, bulletins, and addenda. • Conduct periodic employee evaluations. • Participate in the Technical Leadership Committee. • Assist the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution, possess a PE license, and have 7‑15 years of consulting experience in the MEP industry, preferably with inpatient and outpatient healthcare design. Hands‑on CAD/REVIT skills, project management ability, and experience leading design teams are highly valued. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Possess 7–15 years of consulting experience in the MEP engineering industry, preferably with healthcare design. • Maintain a Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Demonstrate hands‑on design experience with CAD/REVIT tools. • Show project management skills and ability to lead an internal design team (preferred).
