What You Bring
Ideal candidates have experience as an oil and gas client account manager, a track record of building multi‑level relationships, and strong business‑development skills such as consultative selling and strategic planning. They must be comfortable leading through ambiguity, collaborating across diverse teams, and handling commercial aspects like pricing, contract negotiations and profitable growth. Additional expertise in environmental contaminated land assessment and remediation projects is highly desired. Commercial acumen, conflict‑resolution abilities and the capacity to influence senior decision‑makers are also important. • Demonstrated experience managing oil and gas client accounts. • Proven ability to influence senior decision‑makers and maintain multi‑level relationships. • Strong consultative selling and strategic account planning skills. • Capability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate across diverse teams and resolve conflicts. • Commercial expertise in pricing, contract negotiations and profit growth. • Experience delivering contaminated land assessment and remediation projects.
