About the Role
The Principal Project Manager is a senior role responsible for leading complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from pre‑positioning through completion. The position combines client engagement, positioning, bidding, planning and execution while ensuring projects meet budget, schedule and quality standards, and it supports the growth of aviation capabilities across the region. • Develop and implement strategic plans that align projects with organizational goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and senior management; prepare presentations and reports. • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure they are on time, within scope, and on budget. • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks. • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve high performance and professional development. • Track and report project and program performance using metrics and KPIs.

What You Bring
The role demands strategic leadership, strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring, as well as the ability to mentor high‑performing project teams. Candidates must have a proven aviation industry background, experience in master‑plan and feasibility studies, and solid knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements. • Proven aviation industry track record delivering services and facilities at US and global airports. • Experience in aviation planning, including master plans, layout plans, and feasibility studies. • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, airport operations, and aviation development programs. • Experience performing demand analysis and developing facility requirements. • Ability to develop strong client relationships and understand aviation market trends. • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 12 years of relevant aviation industry experience (preferred).
