About the Role

The manager will lead the programme controls function, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and will allocate controls team resources effectively. This includes overseeing day‑to‑day services to Programme and Project Managers and maintaining data standards across cost and performance systems. • Review new project proposals/remits and develop realistic resource plans. • Identify resourcing requirements and coordinate with planning functions to resolve issues. • Provide day‑to‑day reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment and programme performance for Programme and Project Managers. • Ensure data entered into cost and performance systems meets required standards. • Manage production of the Investment Plan and comply with the Investment Competence Framework.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure business and support a major London‑based airport in delivering a portfolio of high‑value projects. The role is ideal for candidates with an aviation or airport background who have a proven record of delivering complex programmes in an international airport environment. • Experience in planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control and analysis, both field and office. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proficiency with PC operating systems and software applications, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. • Intermediate knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and start‑up processes. • Knowledge of engineering and construction management.
