About the Role

The Group Leader oversees the Project Manager team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Mentor and coach Project Managers, providing technical training and accountability. • Schedule projects and manage team metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and safety. • Develop and deliver teammate training and PCIP programs with effective feedback. • Maintain and update NWS and Project Manager policies, procedures, and practices. • Coordinate recruiting, conduct interviews, and recommend hires for the Project Manager team. • Assist the Quality Service Supervisor with monthly budgeting and forecasting to keep projects on budget and on schedule.

What You Bring

The role requires 10‑25% travel across the United States, occasional overtime, and off‑prime‑shift work to support teammates on other schedules. Safety is paramount; candidates must continuously demonstrate leadership in safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, have at least three years of construction experience, and possess strong communication skills. Preferred candidates bring engineering education, professional licenses, industry experience, and proficiency with key software tools. • Travel 10‑25% nationwide; work overtime and occasional off‑prime‑shift hours as needed. • Demonstrate leadership in safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. • Minimum: U.S. work authorization, 3+ years construction experience, strong verbal communication. • Preferred: BS in Civil/Construction/Structural/Mechanical/Architectural Engineering (ABET‑accredited), PE or SE license, steel‑racking industry background, PMP certification, prior leadership experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and D365.
