About the Role
The role involves fabricating electrical and electronic enclosures. It requires performing all necessary functions to support the fabrication team, unit, and company objectives. Key responsibilities include learning and teaching across functions, actively participating in continuous‑improvement activities, adhering to safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and promptly reporting any equipment, material, or documentation issues. The incumbent will set up production equipment according to SOPs/MOPs, position materials and tooling to meet print specifications, operate machinery, move production materials, maintain equipment, and meet performance standards to satisfy production schedules and quality requirements. Accurate record‑keeping and inventory balance are maintained through computer transactions, and the role includes rotational assignments such as grinding, press‑brake forming, welding, spot‑welding, and other duties as needed. • Learn, teach, and collaborate across functions to support the fabrication team and company goals. • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to meet customer requirements. • Follow safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Notify the team leader of equipment, material, inventory, or documentation issues. • Set up production equipment according to SOPs/MOPs and position tooling per print specifications. • Operate machinery and move materials as dictated by production documentation. • Maintain production equipment and ensure dimensions meet specifications. • Meet performance standards to achieve production schedules. • Record transactions and maintain accurate inventory using computer systems. • Perform rotational tasks such as grinding, press‑brake forming, welding, and spot‑welding.

What You Bring
