About the Role
The Quality Manager will be a core member of the organization’s team, responsible for ensuring quality compliance across multiple project locations in Bangalore. The role involves regular site visits, auditing processes, identifying quality gaps, and reporting findings, risks, and corrective actions to senior management to drive continuous improvement. This position ensures that quality standards are met on all project sites. • Develop, implement, and monitor project-quality plans, standards, and procedures across assigned sites. • Ensure compliance with T&T quality policies, client specifications, statutory regulations, and industry standards. • Conduct regular site visits and quality audits at multiple Bangalore project locations. • Identify quality deviations, non-conformances, and potential risks during execution. • Prepare detailed inspection reports with observations, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions. • Present quality findings, trends, and risk areas to senior management clearly and actionably. • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure of quality issues. • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues. • Provide guidance and support to site teams to improve quality awareness and execution. • Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance overall project quality. • Conduct quality training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for project and site teams.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture (civil/mechanical/electrical/electronics). • Possess 8–15 years of quality assurance/control experience on multi‑site projects, preferably in commercial interior‑fitout. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of quality management systems and site execution. • Exhibit excellent observation, auditing, and analytical skills. • Possess strong communication and presentation abilities for senior leadership reporting. • Ability to work independently and travel frequently to sites. • Proficient in documentation, reporting, and MS Office tools.
