About the Role
As a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager), you will lead an exceptional leasing team and help shape the apartment living experience. You will work closely with the Community Manager to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies while fostering a culture of excellence and luxury for residents. Your leadership will involve coaching and training leasing consultants, ensuring consistent positive customer interactions, and supporting the community’s overall goals. You will also oversee office operations, uphold high standards of service, and drive initiatives that enhance both resident satisfaction and employee engagement. Key operational duties include assisting with sales goal setting, managing the leasing process, resolving resident concerns promptly, and coordinating move‑in, lease renewal, and move‑out activities. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, organize resident events, and ensure compliance with all AVB policies, federal, state, and local regulations, especially fair‑housing requirements. • Assist in determining community sales goals and help motivate and coach leasing consultants to achieve those goals • Lease apartment homes; manage and convert prospect leads presenting and educating residents and prospective residents on all community information • Address and resolve customer service concerns in a timely and professional manner; ensure a level of service that results in high customer loyalty and satisfaction • Assist in the development, implementation and/or monitoring of programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer experience within the community • Support residents during the move-in process, lease renewals, move-out process and resident transfers • Call or visit competitive market communities to update market survey and keep apprised of changing market conditions • Plan and execute resident activities and events to foster positive community connections • Follow all applicable AVB policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, particularly those related to fair housing

What You Bring
Candidates should have 1–3 years of multifamily or related hospitality experience and at least one year of supervisory or training experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency in administrative software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. • 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment • 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required • High school diploma or equivalency (GED) is required; bachelor's degree preferred • Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
