About the Role
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public common areas while delivering outstanding customer service. Duties include inspecting and cleaning assigned units and public areas, reporting quality or maintenance issues, managing inventory and supplies, and assisting management with linen counts. • Inspect all assigned guest units to ensure they meet resort quality standards. • Inspect assigned public common areas for cleanliness and compliance. • Clean guest units and public areas as designated. • Report any quality or maintenance problems to management and ensure corrective action. • Perform written inspections on units as required by management. • Replace missing inventory items in guest units. • Secure departmental assets and supplies in storage at all times. • Assist management in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventories.

What You Bring
Successful candidates must be able to multitask, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and have at least one year of housekeeping experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Eligible to all regular full‑time and part‑time U.S. team members.
