About the Role

The Superintendent will own construction execution on the project site, ensure installations comply with electrical code and quality standards, and manage the safety, performance, and development of the construction team. They will create and maintain manpower and material schedules, track progress, timesheets, safety incidents, and change orders, and resolve inter‑group production conflicts while representing Cummings Electrical to customers, vendors, and crews. • Own construction execution on the project site • Ensure installation meets electrical code and quality standards • Manage safety, performance, and development of the construction team • Create and maintain projections and schedules for manpower and material • Maintain progress, timesheets, safety/incidents, and change order reporting • Resolve inter‑group conflicts related to production • Represent Cummings Electrical to customers, vendors, and crews • Work from project job sites throughout DFW and North Texas • Regular team‑building and employee appreciation activities

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. Candidates must have at least five years of experience, hold an active Journeyman’s License, and be skilled at scheduling manpower and material reporting.
