About the Role
• Lead construction, repair, and renovation projects from estimation through client acceptance. • Manage contracts and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. • Inspire and mentor teams, fostering innovation, collaboration and performance excellence. • Coordinate with manufacturing to align production timelines with project schedules. • Monitor budgets, schedules and work‑in‑progress reports to maintain project efficiency. • Oversee change management processes and document scope changes properly. • Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with document‑control procedures. • Conduct client meetings, site inspections and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle. • Support contract administration and drive continuous improvement across ATCO branches. • Ensure all work complies with ATCO safety standards, OH&S regulations and quality expectations.

What You Bring
ATCO Structures is seeking a dynamic and experienced bilingual (French and English) Project Manager to lead the execution of construction projects, including new builds, repairs, and renovations. This full‑time permanent role reports to the General Manager, Quebec‑Ottawa and is based in Montreal. The manager will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors from project initiation through client acceptance, ensuring safety, efficiency and the highest quality standards. • Possess at least five years of experience on mid‑size construction projects and a post‑secondary qualification in construction management, engineering technology or architecture. • Have 3‑7 years of progressive construction project‑management experience, including contract management of various sizes. • Demonstrate expertise in contract negotiation, estimating and financial planning. • Exhibit strong leadership, relationship‑building and negotiation skills. • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, ProCore and Aconex. • Comfortable traveling to remote project sites.
