About the Role
You will deliver first‑class maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across a range of specialist and secondary trades for properties in Birmingham, Stoke and surrounding areas. Work must be completed efficiently and within required deadlines. • Provision of a company vehicle for work use only.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing, and demonstrates strong customer care. A valid UK driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to pass a basic criminal record check are required. • Requirement to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Benefits
The position is a permanent Trade Operative role based in Birmingham, offering a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus overtime. It is a full‑time 40‑hour week and includes provision of a company van and tools. • Company bonus scheme and regular overtime opportunities. • No visa sponsorship is available.
