Tenant Fit Out Project Manager - Data Centers
Manage tenant fit-out projects in data centers, overseeing design, schedule, and coordination.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Coordinate design reviews and ensure compliance across architectural, electrical, mechanical, low‑voltage, and security scopes. • Develop and maintain project milestone schedules, including baseline review and detailed WBS breakdown. • Provide weekly schedule updates and summary reports. • Manage coordination between contractors for structural supports, basket trays, fiber ducts, rack layouts, electrical distribution, and mechanical plumbing. • Oversee submittal issuance and approval processes using the Procore platform. • Process contractor RFIs, maintain document control for design changes, and manage RFI tracking on Procore. • Lead weekly submittal/RFI review meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment for Owner‑Furnished Contractor‑Installed equipment procurement. • Conduct weekly OAC, design coordination, and submittal review meetings. • Maintain health and safety processes, issue 3‑week lookahead schedules, and generate safety observation reports.

What You Bring
Colliers Project Leaders seeks dynamic individuals to join our growing portfolio of large‑scale capital projects across multiple sectors. We look for candidates with an architecture, engineering, or construction background who are eager to lead successful programs and help clients improve their built environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of project management experience. • 3+ years of data center construction experience. • Experience in general contracting, construction management, or architecture preferred. • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. • Technical understanding of MEP systems and data center operations. • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
