About the Role

The role focuses on selling Lee Company’s value proposition to facility owners and managers through a consultative approach, emphasizing preventative‑maintenance HVAC agreements. The salesperson will manage the full sales cycle to generate, qualify, and close new opportunities within an assigned territory and meet profitable growth targets for all Facility Services. • Sell Lee Company’s facility services using a consultative approach, focusing on preventative‑maintenance HVAC agreements. • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities within an assigned geographic area. • Achieve profitable growth and volume targets across all Facility Services offerings. • Participate in free trade training through Lee Company University and pursue career growth pathways.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must have at least three years of progressive field‑sales experience, including one year of successfully selling similar services or projects. Successful candidates possess deep knowledge of the commercial HVAC market and strong client‑relationship skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn company‑specific software are required; LEED certification is a plus. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline (preferred). • Minimum three years of progressive field‑sales experience, including at least one year selling similar services or projects. • Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of the commercial/industrial HVAC market and strong client‑relationship skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to learn company‑specific applications. • LEED certification preferred but not required.
