About the Role
Key responsibilities include mastering the work breakdown structure, following the Scheduling Playbook, and building strong relationships with project stakeholders. The Scheduler collaborates with engineers, superintendents, and procurement teams to define contract items, required on‑job dates, and subcontractor commitments, creates critical‑path‑method baseline schedules using Primavera P6, and monitors schedule metrics to forecast completion dates. Additional duties involve generating look‑ahead and recovery schedules, integrating the Last Planner System, conducting site progress walks, producing scheduling reports for client and Operations Review Meetings, providing training on scheduling software, supporting business development proposal work, and continuously improving scheduling processes. • Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6. • Collaborate with engineers, superintendents, and procurement to define contract items and required dates. • Monitor critical path activities and forecast project end dates. • Create look‑ahead and recovery schedules to address risks and delays. • Integrate Last Planner System and Pull Planning into project schedules. • Conduct on‑site progress walks to capture scheduling data. • Generate scheduling reports and summaries for client and ORM meetings. • Provide training and support to end‑users on scheduling software. • Assist Business Development and Marketing teams with proposal schedules. • Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders and scope adjustments.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or a related field and have at least four years of relevant experience, including work on large construction projects exceeding $50 million. Required expertise includes proficiency with scheduling software (Oracle Primavera P6), familiarity with scheduling comparison tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector), knowledge of construction methods, contracts, estimating, earned‑value concepts, and continuous‑improvement methodologies. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to travel extensively and meet the physical demands of construction sites. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 4 years experience on projects > $50 million, proficient in Primavera P6 and scheduling comparison tools.
