About the Role

The B&P Digital Delivery Lead works with B&P Leadership, Global Digital Leadership, EC and TPG leads to execute our digital strategy within the B&P EURI Business, accelerate adoption of digital software, tools and AI, and engage internal stakeholders across the region to collectively achieve business goals through market‑leading digital delivery. • Engage with Discipline & County Digital leads, AI Development team, EC counterparts and TPG units to shape and coordinate digital delivery strategy. • Collaborate with discipline and digital teams to evaluate and improve regional digital capabilities and drive productivity. • Lead coordination with the AI Development team to embed effective AI solutions for B&P. • Align and adopt approved software across B&P and EC teams. • Ensure adoption of approved software, AI, and digital processes in project delivery. • Coordinate digital efforts with EC to maintain consistency. • Build a digital community by leading Discipline and County leads and coordinating initiatives. • Establish discipline digital strategies aligned with the overall B&P Digital Strategy. • Communicate and raise awareness of digital initiatives to B&P teams. • Implement digital healthy starts, project setup, and delivery support. • Train teams on software usage and digital delivery requirements. • Coordinate with Operations support on software use and approvals. • Encourage team innovation in digital solutions. • Support key bids by providing digital delivery value and innovation evidence. • Serve as point‑of‑contact for regional digital initiatives and update leadership on progress. • Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of digital initiatives, defining objectives and KPIs. • Coordinate digital delivery initiatives, embed AI, and ensure quality standards. • Report digital delivery progress to B&P leadership and the wider Digital Lead group. • Grow a EUR&I discipline delivery team to standardize working methods. • Identify discipline‑specific digital delivery innovation opportunities. • Communicate digital initiatives across regions to improve adoption. • Drive adoption of approved digital software, AI, processes, and tools. • Create and sustain a regional digital community to increase digital maturity. • Build personal profile and cascade communications on digital initiatives. • Gather positive team feedback on digital delivery initiatives. • Contribute to key ECP/Tier 2 bids demonstrating digital delivery expertise. • Apply strong strategic thinking to translate vision into action. • Work flexibly across time zones to align with global colleagues. • Champion and drive ideas, programs, and solutions. • Manage time and organization effectively under pressure to deliver cost‑effective solutions aligned with budgets.
