About the Role

The Project Manager role is responsible for leading end‑to‑end project delivery, from planning through execution and close‑out, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, stakeholder expectations, and statutory requirements. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, driving seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle while leading project planning activities such as scope definition, budget development, scheduling, and resource allocation. General responsibilities include evaluating execution plans, monitoring progress against approved timelines and budgets, leading procurement and contract administration, conducting regular site visits to verify quality and resolve challenges, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation for informed decision‑making. • Serve as main liaison among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. • Define project scope, develop budgets, create schedules, and allocate resources. • Lead procurement, contractor onboarding, and contract administration. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets. • Conduct site inspections, verify quality, and resolve on‑site issues.

What You Bring
