About the Role
The Assembly Fitter will contribute to the production of engine components, uphold quality and safety standards, and collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement. • Assemble and fit engine components, modules, and systems according to aerospace procedures. • Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and safety standards. • Use fitting skills to troubleshoot and implement improvements. • Share knowledge and provide training to support team performance.

What You Bring
Successful applicants will possess appropriate apprenticeship training, relevant qualifications, and be able to meet security clearance requirements. Security clearance is necessary for Rolls‑Royce Defence work; the company will support applications, but applicants must be UK nationals or MoD‑approved dual nationals. • Hold a time‑served apprenticeship with aero‑engine fitting experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of aerospace strip and build procedures. • Hold at least an NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent qualification. • Proficient in using aerospace fitting tools and techniques. • Obtain Security Check clearance (UK national or MoD‑approved dual national).
