What You Bring

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. No relocation benefit is offered, and only applicants residing within a 50‑mile radius of the Sumter facility will be considered. The role requires a minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing, box line, or paint line operations. The individual must be able to operate fork trucks, hand trucks, hand carts, hand tools, banding machines, scales, and safety equipment. Experience with assembly operations, sheet‑metal fabrication, or tasks requiring drawings or diagrams is preferred. Position criteria include strong verbal and written communication, persuasive abilities, and analytical problem‑solving skills. The successful candidate will work effectively with individuals and groups within a team environment. • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Reside within 50 mi of the Sumter facility; no relocation assistance provided. • Possess at least one year of manufacturing, box line, or paint line experience. • Operate fork trucks, hand carts, scales, and safety equipment proficiently. • Prefer experience in assembly, sheet‑metal fabrication, or diagram‑based assembly. • Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, persuasive, analytical problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
