About the Role
• Work under supervision of an Engineer for a specific discipline. • Assist in developing the discipline model from digital design, architectural, or engineering staff. • Help create the discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output. • Accurately model BIM elements using current 3D software within modeling constraints. • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and design diagrams using current 3D software. • Maintain the discipline model’s project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, and sheets. • Produce discipline‑specific documentation with accurate annotations on all modeling output.

What You Bring
To support our rapidly growing structural needs in the TMT market and provide BIM support, we seek a CAD Coordinator with over two years of BIM/Revit experience to work from our downtown Chicago office. This role will also help develop our CAD bench by coaching, mentoring, and growing the drafting and design capabilities of support staff. • Possess at least 2 years of 3D modeling experience for reputable firms. • Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and communication tools. • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. • Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
