About the Role

The position handles end‑to‑end international payroll processing, works closely with HR, benefits, and external tax advisors, and ensures compliance with regulations and SOX. It also involves managing payroll inputs in Workday, overseeing time‑entry, garnishments, and specialised tasks like stock awards and sales commissions. • Process 19 monthly international payrolls accurately and on time. • Ensure compliance with international regulations, company policies, and SOX. • Partner with HR and external tax advisors on expatriate payroll. • Manage payroll inputs, file creation, uploads, and manual entries in Workday. • Coordinate payroll‑impacting transactions with HR and Benefits (e.g., leaves, retroactive deductions). • Perform post‑production activities such as settlements, vendor integrations, and reconciliations. • Oversee time‑entry approval process for employees and managers. • Execute full‑life‑cycle garnishment processing and employee communications. • Lead specialised payroll tasks including stock awards, option exercises, regulatory filings, and sales commissions. • Conduct quarterly tax reconciliations and support year‑end tax filings. • Provide prompt, accurate payroll support to employees. • Maintain confidentiality of compensation and personal data. • Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and adopt new Workday features. • Maintain up‑to‑date process maps and documentation.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Bring at least 4 years of multi‑country payroll experience (EU focus). • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Exhibit strong stakeholder management, including outsourced provider oversight. • Experience with HRIS/HCM systems such as Workday, TMF, or ADP. • Payroll certifications (e.g., CIPP) are advantageous.
