About the Role

The Facilities Site Advisor (FSA) is a core member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team, reporting to both a site leader and the Workplace Experience Manager. The FSA ensures a positive, productive experience for employees in the client’s offices by providing tactical support for workplace tools, processes, and day‑to‑day operations. In this role, the advisor greets visitors, manages security badging, coordinates meetings, and handles mail and supply ordering while maintaining office aesthetics. They also implement workplace programs, respond to internal service tickets, oversee office repairs and moves, coordinate safety initiatives, track budgets and expenses, monitor space utilization, and support new‑hire orientations and HR I‑9 processing. • Greet visitors, manage security badge issuance, and coordinate meeting logistics. • Stock office supplies, place orders, and maintain a tidy workplace environment. • Receive, sort, and ship mail and packages efficiently. • Process internal service tickets, schedule repairs, and coordinate office moves. • Facilitate safety programs and monitor space utilization and workstation assignments. • Track budgets, process purchase orders, invoices, credit‑card expenses, and accruals. • Conduct new‑hire orientations and assist with HR I‑9 documentation. • Plan and support social and wellbeing events under Workday Life programs. • Manage relationships with vendors such as coffee/snack suppliers, shredding services, HVAC, and janitorial staff. • Liaise with property management to resolve building and site issues. • Schedule and monitor work orders through the CMMS for timely completion. • Respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with external contractors for equipment service and repairs. • Perform site inspections, report on open and closed work orders, and follow up on status. • Request, review, and submit vendor bids, proposals, and work orders. • Verify final invoice pricing, process payments, and track vendor performance. • Train vendors on work order submission and billing procedures. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, landlords, and vendors to provide project updates. • Perform routine maintenance scheduling and documentation for building equipment.

What You Bring

The position requires strong verbal and written communication, detail‑oriented time management, and a willingness to learn new technologies. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of facilities, workplace operations, or customer‑service/hospitality experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred candidates have three or more years of relevant experience and expertise in data entry, reporting, scheduling, and vendor management. The work environment is a professional office setting with regular travel between properties and occasional exposure to varying weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, climbing, stooping and lifting at least 25 lb, as well as clear verbal communication and the ability to read printed materials, drawings, and schematics.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $23.80 to $28.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement, and paid time off.
