About the Role
• Facilitate daily recreational programs and activities for all age groups based on guest needs, resort requirements, and seasonal opportunities. • Prioritize and instruct classes, events, holiday programs, competitions, mixers, and other group activities. • Create and distribute communication materials such as flyers, handouts, and postings to attract participants. • Evaluate program effectiveness and participation, seeking new ideas for enhancement. • Provide outstanding guest service, answering inquiries, offering information, and resolving problems. • Work outdoors in all climate conditions.

What You Bring
Our Recreation/Activities Department operates seven days a week, including holidays, with shifts ranging from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. New hires receive their schedules upon hire and paid training is provided. The role requires working outdoors in all climates and the ability to interact with guests of all ages. • Communicate positively with small to large groups, including microphone use for entertainment purposes. • Demonstrate previous customer service, hospitality, and public speaking experience. • Operate audio‑visual equipment and possess knowledge of diverse recreation activities and program development. • Apply basic math and cash handling skills. • Proficient in MS Office and basic desktop publishing applications. • Exhibit excellent guest relations skills and ability to interact with all age groups. • Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English for job duties and coworker/guest communication.
