About the Role

The Fabricator examines customer specifications, drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine material, finish, and machine‑setup requirements. They fabricate work pieces, retrieve the correct materials, and perform various fabrication duties while inspecting finished items with visual checks, tape rules, calipers, or gauges. Additional tasks include packaging items for shipping, installing protective devices, following safety policies, and performing other assigned duties. • Examine specifications, drawings, and work orders to determine material and setup requirements. • Fabricate work pieces, retrieve materials, and perform various fabrication tasks. • Inspect finished products using visual checks, tape rules, calipers, or gauges. • Package items for shipment and install protective devices to prevent damage. • Follow all safety policies and procedures and perform additional assigned duties.

What You Bring

Candidates typically have 0‑2 years of experience and a background in reading blueprints, work orders, or drawings.
