About the Role

The Field Service Engineer role advances Automated Logic’s aftermarket services by addressing complex building automation systems. The position requires a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional who is customer‑focused and able to mentor less‑experienced engineers. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of experience in building automation or HVAC, the ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lb, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred education includes a degree or certificate in HVAC, controls, or a related technical field, along with strong networking, blueprint reading, and Microsoft 365 skills. • Required: High School Diploma/GED, 4+ years building automation or HVAC experience. • Must be able to climb >8 ft, lift 50 lb, and hold a valid, insurable driver’s license. • Preferred: Degree or certificate in HVAC, controls, or related field. • Ability to download and troubleshoot complex HVAC/building automation logic. • Working knowledge of TCP/IP and wireless network technologies. • Experience integrating with various building automation systems. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
